Australian born all rounder who earned himself a contract after an extended trial with the club. Was rewarded with a starting spot in the 20/20 match at home to Notts after an impressive performance in the 20/20 warm up v Lashings and replaced the injured John Sadler in 20/20 matches and appeared in the semi-final defeat to Somerset. Claimed career best figures in the C&G this season of 4-19 and is emerging into a geniune all rounder after a brilliant all round performance in the 20/20 Cup Final win. Scored a 103 not out in the first innings and then a quickfire 68 not out in the second on his Championship debut versus Essex in the last match of the season. Made his debut earlier this year for Western Australia's first team in the Twenty20 Cup. Definitely one to watch in 2007.
