'Snapper' was unavailable for the majority of championship matches last season but was outstanding in limited overs cricket and once again excelled in the 20/20 and is one of the top players in this form of cricket. Jeremy's guile, enthusiam and analytical approach makes him the outstanding choice as captain. Has been in brilliant form in 20/20 cricket with bat, ball and in the field and deservedly lifted the 20/20 Cup at Trent Bridge.
