Claude arrived at the club at the start of last season under the Kolpack ruling and was to prove a revelation especially in one day cricket. Aswell as being an excellent spinner, he has alot to offer with the bat and made some useful innings. Before his retirement from international cricket, Henderson gained 7 test caps and made 4 one day appearances for South Africa. Claude has started this season where he left off last year with his economical bowling and useful batting and he will be hoping his wicket tally will increase as the pitches become harder. Picked up his first 5 wicket haul of the season versus Northants and he is continuing to provide some useful batting and has now scored more than 400 Championship runs this season. Missed the last few weeks of the season with a broken finger and finished with 33 Championship wickets. Having an excellent season with bat and ball.
